    Job Description

    The Business Systems Analyst at AMIRI will operate within the Business Applications team and play a critical role in translating business requirements into system level solutions. This individual must have hands on experience with SaaS platforms like NetSuite. The BSA will validate integration points, understand data flows, troubleshoot issues, and support system configuration and enhancements. The BSA will be embedded in technical delivery efforts and will cross-functionally with internal and external technical resources. Strong problem-solving skills and a systems-thinking mindset are essential. The day to day will be 60% project-based work and 40% operational work to assist with technical integrations or upgrades across the IT organization.

    Skills and Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst working across IT organizations

    • Strong experience with NetSuite or ERP systems

    • Background in fashion/retail/apparel – understanding of supply chain, order management, POS, direct-to-consumer, Omni-Channel retail

    • Strong understanding of systems integrations, data mapping, and configuration

    • Experience documenting functional specifications, field-level behavior, and validating system behavior

    • Ability to collaborate with technical teams, MSPs, and business stakeholders • Plusses: experience with APIs, middleware validation, or NetSuite certifications
