Job Description

BAE Systems is hiring a Principle Procurement Analyst for our GOCO (government owned contractor operated) facilities located in Radford, VA and Kingsport, TN. This role will be providing support for the Maximo ERP system.

+ Travel: Up to 10% travel is required

+ Schedule: 9/80 schedule

Responsibilities:

+ Support and maintain the Maximo ERP system.

+ Create and modify reports in Maximo.

+ Setup automatically generated reports based on customer requests.

+ Perform mass data loads.

+ Create screen and process enhancements.

+ Address inventory requests.

+ Assist with the development of metrics using Maximo.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

+ Work integrations with Maximo and other critical business systems.

+ Support Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain with data and system requests.

+ Interface with functional organizations to ensure system is operating efficiently and meeting internal and external customer needs.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

+ Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience

+ Previous Supply Chain or IT experience

+ Experience with Maximo ERP system.

+ Ability to support a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

+ Ability to remain motivated and meet objectives

+ Intermediate analytical skills

+ Good communication skills

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

+ Master s Degree in Business or Supply Chain

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $90373 - $153634

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
