CTG is seeking an Ab Initio ETL specialist to develop and deploy data integration solutions for a client in Dallas, TX.

**Location:** Dallas, TX (onsite only)

**Duration:** 9 months

About the Role

CTG is looking for an Ab Initio developer who can handle both the classic ETL work and the trickier real-time integrations that keep a large enterprise data ecosystem moving. If you enjoy building clean, high-performance pipelines and keeping them steady in production, this will feel like home.

What You’ll Work On

+ Design, build, and deploy ETL processes using Ab Initio GDE.

+ Create and optimize graphs, plans, and parameter sets for batch and real-time workloads.

+ Use Co-Operating System, EME, and metadata-driven development practices.

+ Integrate with Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, DB2, and other data sources.

+ Implement continuous flows, web services, and message-based integrations.

+ Handle job scheduling and orchestration using Conduct-It, Control-M, Autosys, or similar tools.

+ Monitor jobs and work with partner teams to keep pipelines healthy.

What You Need

+ Strong experience with Ab Initio GDE, Co-Operating System, EME.

+ Solid ETL and data transformation background.

+ Hands-on experience with RDBMS integration.

+ Experience with job scheduling tools and metadata-driven development.

Nice to Have

+ Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP.

+ Familiarity with Hadoop, Spark, Hive, or Kafka.

+ Knowledge of Docker or Kubernetes.

+ Understanding of security basics like encryption and access control.

Experience & Education

+ Proven ETL experience in an enterprise environment.

+ Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
