CTG is seeking to fill a Document Custodian Vault Analyst opening for our client in Buffalo, NY.
**Location:** Buffalo, NY
**Duration:** 1 month
Overview:
The Document Custodian Vault Analyst supports secure vault operations, ensuring accurate handling, organization, and maintenance of physical loan documents. This role requires precision, physical stamina, and strong organizational skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
+ Receive, review, file, and track physical collateral documents.
+ Perform accuracy checks and ensure compliance with custodial requirements.
+ Retrieve and re-file documents in response to internal requests.
+ Maintain inventory integrity and support audit activities.
+ Follow strict security and chain-of-custody protocols.
Scope of Responsibilities:
+ Conduct quality checks and assist with document reconciliation.
+ Resolve document discrepancies with internal partners.
+ Support operational reporting and process documentation.
Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities:
+ None.
Education and Experience Required:
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Ability to lift 30–40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
+ Strong attention to detail and organization.
Education and Experience Preferred:
+ Experience in vault operations, records management, or custodial environments.
+ Knowledge of loan documents or financial services operations.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
