Parking Ambassador Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Parking Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth traffic flow, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a safe and clean parking environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Greet customers and direct vehicles to available parking spaces

+ Issue tickets or tags and process payments accurately

+ Monitor parking areas for security, safety, and compliance

+ Assist customers with inquiries, directions, and minor vehicle issues

+ Maintain cleanliness and report any hazards or equipment malfunctions

+ Support traffic control during peak hours or special events

Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Previous experience in customer service or cashier roles preferred

Skills & Competencies

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

+ Attention to detail and ability to manage cash transactions

+ Physical ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors

+ Problem-solving skills and security awareness

Working Conditions

Outdoor environment, all weather conditions

Flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
