    Summary You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Total Force Division of CNSSC OPERATIONAL SUPPORT FIELD. Responsibilities You will be responsible for all areas of assigned functional areas to include policy interpretation, policy development, training, innovation, compliance, program performance, customer service, program oversight, and reporting. You will serve as the Workforce Support and Compliance (WSCB) Program Manager and subject matter expert for one or more WSCB functional areas. You will lead and support the NAVSUP Government Commercial Purchase Card Program (GCPC) and the NAVSUP Defense Travel System (DTS). You will develop and update policy and training as well as provide guidance to enterprise personnel. You will maintain and support Information Technology (IT) systems that are used for day-to-day operations and management of programs assigned, such as Navy ERP. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized Management Analyst experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal service providing subject matter expertise for Work Force Management (WFM)systems. Specific work experience must demonstrate the following duties: 1) Interpret and provide guidance in regards to Government Purchase Card policies and procedures. 2) Maintain Purchase Card Systems within published policies and procedures. 2)Provide assistance to Echelon III/IV activities as required in resolving issues, disseminating information and developing system enhancements. 3) Provide policy guidance and support to Purchase Card system support personnel. 4) Perform WFM role analysis in order to control privacy act data and protect system data from unauthorized changes.
