    Description

    Produce Lumper (Warehouse) – (Full-Time)

     

    What You'll Do

     

    + Unload and load inbound and outbound freight manually or with pallet jacks

    + Sort, stack, and re-palletize freight based on item or destination

    + Shrink-wrap pallets and stage them for storage or shipment

    + Maintain clean work areas by removing trash and debris

    + Report any damages, discrepancies, or unsafe conditions to supervisor

    + Collaborate with receiving and shipping teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations

     

    What We’re Looking For

     

    + Previous warehouse or unloading experience preferred

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally

    + Strong communication and teamwork skills

    + Able to stand, bend, and move for extended periods in varying warehouse conditions

    + Basic English reading/writing and math skills required

    + Attention to detail and commitment to safety and food handling standards
