+ Ensure full compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company policies.

+ Identify hazards and implement risk-mitigation practices for yourself and your crew.

+ Participate in daily JSA meetings and maintain clear communication with the team.

+ Deliver high-quality work that meets utility specifications and construction standards.

+ Maintain accurate field documentation and reporting.

+ Demonstrate leadership through safe practices and professional conduct.

+ Support storm-response efforts as needed (callouts, standby, overtime).

    What We’re Looking For

+ Knowledge of OSHA standards, utility safety practices, and regulatory requirements.

+ Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

    Why Join Us?

    + Consistent Monday–Friday schedule.

    + Competitive pay.

+ All work local to the Houston market— **travel is rare and only in extreme circumstances** .

+ Work with a respected, safety-focused utility contractor.
