    How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)

    + Summary of responsibilities (not comprehensive of alltasks):

    + Performs federally required CHRC screening adjudicationprocesses to comply with security regulations and company policy regardingDelta Pre-employment background checks processing to include internal andexternal candidates.

    + Manages and maintains necessary documentation to meet allfederal, state, and local requirements, as well as Delta policies regardingCHRC for purposes of Pre-Employment background screening.

    + Researches and investigates criminal charges to determineeligibility for Delta Pre-Employment background screenings to include adjudicationfor Education, Employment and Criminal/MVR for Delta New Hires and Internaltransfers.

    + Review, investigate and assess appropriate follow up basedon CHRC results including Pre-Adverse and Adverse actions.

    + Provides guidance regarding interpretation andimplementation of policies and procedures for compliance and reportingobligations.

    + Acts as subject matter expert on Background processing anddelivers process training to support compliance requirements associated withPre-Employment to Field Leaders.

    + Manages all responsibilities of the Background inbox toinclude timely communication with operational Leaders, field HR representativesand internal/external candidates regarding Background, criminal MVR, anddecisions including Pre-Adverse and Adverse actions.

    + Schedules and performs internal audits to measure processeffectiveness.

    + Collects and analyzes data and takes appropriate action torespond to internal and external requests.

    + Acts as a liaison with third party administrator as well asregulatory entities as required.

    + Practices safety conscious behaviors in all operationalprocesses and procedures.

     

    This position is located in Atlanta, GA.

    What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

    + Must have minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resourcesor related field of study or equivalent related work experience.

    + Should be able to comprehend and apply regulatoryrequirements to ensure compliance.

    + Should be able to analyze problems and form logicalconclusions appropriate to regulatory guidelines, as well as company policy.

    + Should be able to review and interpret CHRC and Background resultsand accurately apply regulatory and/or company policy requirements to recommendappropriate action.

    + Must be able to conduct follow up investigation asnecessary, including understanding and applying regulatory requirements.

    + Consistentlyprioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.

    + Embraces diversepeople, thinking, and styles.

    + Possesses a highschool diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.

    + Is at least 18 yearsof age and has authorization to work in the United States.
