    Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and help shape how healthcare professionals learn and grow? Our Customer Education team is on a mission to deliver top-notch training programs that make a real difference for customers—and ultimately, for patient care. As a summer intern, you’ll dive into hands-on projects, collaborate with passionate teammates, and get an inside look at the latest in healthcare innovation (plus, you’ll get to show off your skills and make some new friends along the way).

    What you’ll be up to during your 10-12 week adventure:

    + Help organize and optimize how we deliver training programs—think making things run smoother and faster.

    + Pitch in with creating and updating learning materials, tools, and resources for our sales and training teams.

    + Get creative by supporting tours of our facility, including the shiny new Innovation Center.

    + Collaborate with different teams (Marketing, Sales, Product Applications) to make our education programs even better.

    + Bring fresh ideas to streamline how we work and improve our customers’ experience.

    Who we’re hoping to meet:

    + You can work full-time during the summer (June – August/September).

    + You’re currently working on your Bachelor’s degree, with at least one semester left after the internship.

    + Your major is in Project Management, Education/Training, Applied Technologies, or something similar.

    + You’re heading into your junior or senior year.

    + You know how to get your point across, whether you’re writing or speaking.

    + You’ve dabbled in AI or advanced MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)—bonus points if you’re a pro!

    + You’re organized, love solving problems, and aren’t afraid to share creative ideas.

    + You’re resourceful and take initiative—if something needs fixing, you’re on it.

    Location, pay & other important details:

    + You can work **onsite** at our **San Diego, CA** campus. **Heads up** : intern housing, relocation, and housing stipends aren’t provided, so you’ll need to have your living situation and transportation sorted out.

    + Pay range: $21 - $25 per hour, based on your class standing and operational function.
