Description:
Reporting to the Director SAMF, SAMF Administration, this position coordinates the application and renewal of insurance credentialing for multiple third-party payers for Saint Agnes Medical Providers. The incumbent will coordinate malpractice applications and renewal processes; maintain a variety of databases to support the credentialing and privileging functions, and act as a liaison for providers and billing staff regarding credentialing and privileging processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Associate's Degree is preferred. 2. Three (3) years of healthcare administrative experience is required. Two (2) years of credentialing experience is preferred.
3. Previous work experience utilizing Microsoft Office software is required. Working knowledge of CAQH software is preferred.
4. Effective oral and written communication skills are required.
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality of all protected as well as other sensitive information is required.
PAY RANGE: 25.37 - 34.25
