    As a **Security Officer - Lobby Patrol Full-Time** in **Los Angeles, CA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents while remaining visible and approachable. You will conduct routine patrols and provide exceptional customer service and communication, supporting a welcoming environment.     What You'll Do:

    + Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a commercial real estate environment.

    + Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure atmosphere for tenants, visitors, and property staff.

    + Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.

    + Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols throughout the location.

    + Communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, and staff while upholding Allied Universal standards and guidelines.

    + Document incidents and submit detailed, accurate reports as required by site-specific protocols.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + A guard card or license is preferred.

    + Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

    + Customer service experience is preferred.

    + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

    + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
