    What You'll Do:

    + Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

    + Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining composure under pressure.

    + Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.

    + Monitor and report any unusual or suspicious activity, and communicate observations to the appropriate personnel or authorities as needed.

    + Assist in controlling access to restricted areas, verifying identification, and maintaining order in accordance with site policies.

    + Complete detailed and accurate incident reports and daily activity logs as required by Allied Universal and the client site.

    + Work collaboratively with law enforcement or emergency response teams when required, supporting the overall security-related objectives of the location.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

    + At least one year of security-related experience is required.

    + Proof of a high school diploma or equivalent is required by the client.

    + Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

    + Applicants must be able to ride a bike.

    + Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

    + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

    + Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

    + Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

    + Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

    + A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
