Our client, a leader in pharmaceutical manufacturing, is seeking a Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be part of the Manufacturing department supporting aseptic filling operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Technician

**Location:** Indianapolis, IN

**Pay Range:** $30

**Shift:** 1st shift (7:00 am - 3:30 pm), Mon to Fri

What's the Job?

+ Become certified for entry into the GMP cleanroom space to perform sanitization, supply management, and aseptic filling operations.

+ Execute aseptic fill processes following batch records and SOPs.

+ Verify calibration and sanitization of equipment and supplies to support production.

+ Increase competency in manufacturing procedures, including component preparation, filling, and capping.

+ Operate related equipment and provide training to new team members.

What's Needed?

+ Previous isolator experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is **required.**

+ Minimum 3-5 years of relevant aseptic filling experience in a cGMP facility.

+ Knowledge of GMP compliance regulations and aseptic process procedures.

+ Ability to follow detailed instructions and perform calculations accurately.

+ Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
