Aspirus Wausau Hospital in Wausau, WI is seeking a DISTRIBUTION CENTER COORDINATOR to join our SUPP CHAIN OPS AND LOGISTICS team!

The Distribution Center Coordinator is responsible for all day-to-day oversight and coordination activity of the system wide consolidated offsite warehouse, distribution, logistics, scheduling and delivering to all Aspirus locations. Ensures that all aspects of warehouse management and storage meet audit and Joint Commission standards. Monitors, recommends, and implements distribution and logistical strategies and opportunities. Works with Manager to develop policies, procedures, and workflows that align with the needs of the business. Enhances business opportunities by interacting with staff and customers to see that outcomes are always positive, and costs remain low.

HOURS: Full-Time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every 2 weeks.

Experience/Qualifications

+ Knowledge of general office, distribution, and warehouse procedures normally acquired through completion of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

+ Associates Degree or 2 years relevant work experience preferred.

+ CDL preferred.

+ Two years or more experience in dealing with the distribution of supplies or warehouse related distribution management recommended.

+ Driving experience· Possesses a valid Wisconsin Driver’s License and automobile liability insurance required.

+ Steel toed footwear when loading or unloading trucks either on the loading dock or at the warehouse is required.

+ Strong Excel skill/knowledge preferred.· Excellent customer service skills.

+ Lawson application knowledge around procurement beneficial.

Hourly Pay Rate: $17.18 - $20
