ASPIRUS ST. LUKE'S HOSPITAL in Duluth, MN is seeking a RECORDS CLERK to join our RADIOLOGY ADMIN-OFFICE team!

Salary Range: $17.18 - $24.89 Hourly

Schedule/Hours: DAY ONLY, 8 hours

Weekend Requirement: Generally, No Weekends

FTE: FULL TIME, 1.00 FTE

Off Premise On-Call: No

JOB SUMMARY

The Records Clerk is responsible to provide assistance to patients, visitors, Physicians and staff; enter electronic orders and maintain flow of digital imaging.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Typing, Alpha and numeric filing, effective communication and spelling, understand written and oral directions. Ability to establish good working relationships.

+ READING - Basic: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

+ WRITING - Basic: Ability to write simple correspondence.

+ SPEAKING - Basic: Ability to speak simple sentences.

+ MATHEMATICAL SKILLS - Basic Skills: Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

+ REASONING ABILITY - Basic Skills: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional variables.
