48 Hours per week, Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Assist with daily farm functions including but not limited to the following: operating various equipment for planting, spraying, and harvesting of crops; machinery maintenance and repair; grain handling, hauling farm commodities; feeding cattle and daily care of cattle and facilities; hauling feed to cattle; and other miscellaneous duties assigned. Crops include: corn, and soybeans Assist with ground maintenance on farm and/or housing, i.e. weed eating, mowing, rock picking & other related Ag Equipment Operator activities
### Minimum Education Required
High School/GED
### Minimum Experience Required
2 months of prior experience. Must be able to obtain a valid US Driver's License within 2 weeks of reporting to work and possess/ maintain a clean driving record. Work environment is drug-, alcohol-, and tobacco-free. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs., extensive pushing or pulling, frequent stooping, bending, sitting, walking, and repetitive movements, as well as exposure to extreme temperatures. Additional requirements include being at least 18 years old, able to provide proof of work authorization within three days of hire, and able to perform all physical tasks described. The worker must be available for the full work period and able to perform duties under variable weather conditions.

### Additional Compensation
Bonus potential based on work performance at the sole discretion of the employer.
As required for all workers in Minnesota, hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of 1.5 times the regular rate of pay.

### Job Benefits
EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. Required work-related tools and supplies provided free of charge by employer.
Effective Jan 1, 2024, per MN State Statute, an employee will earn one hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, up to at least 48 hours of accrued Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) per year, provided the employee works a minimum of 80 hours in a calendar year.
