    Belcan is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and fulfillment operations at our site in Oklahoma City, OK. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient logistics flow, inventory accuracy, and excellent customer service-especially in support of high-visibility aerospace and defense programs.

     

    This is a direct hire position with full benefits, ideal for candidates with prior warehouse or logistics experience and a strong sense of organization and accountability.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Receive, inspect, and document incoming goods; report damaged or defective items.

    * Organize, restock, and maintain inventory across all warehouse locations.

    * Pick, process, and package outbound orders accurately and efficiently.

    * Deliver orders to internal teams or external customers as required.

    * Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move heavy inventory.

    * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

    * Resolve shipping or delivery errors and assist with customer inquiries.

    * Support continuous improvement by identifying better ways to store and ship products.

    * Communicate inventory levels, shipment statuses, and delivery issues to supervisors.

    Required Qualifications

    * 2+ years of warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience

    * Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)

    * Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and start promptly at 6:30 AM

    * Comfortable working independently and following standard operating procedures

    * Prior experience with SAP or similar ERP systems strongly preferred

    * Forklift operation experience; certification a plus

    * U.S. Citizenship required due to the nature of the work

    Preferred Qualifications

    * Background in aerospace, defense, or government contract support

    * Familiarity with F135 fleet logistics or similar programs

    * Experience assisting customer service with order resolution and tracking

Salary guidelines for similar roles at Belcan are $27.00 per hour.
