    Schedule & Pay

    + **1st Shift** – Monday through Friday, 40 hours/week

    + **Starting Pay:** $16.10/hour

    Responsibilities

    + Operate and monitor **food production equipment**

    + Maintain **quality control standards** and follow **safety protocols**

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent preferred

    + Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

    + Strong attendance and reliability

    + Willingness to learn and grow within the company

    + Previous **manufacturing or food processing experience** is a plus, but not required
