Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Packaging Machine Operator- Entry Level Industrial Maintenance to join their team. As a Packaging Machine Operator- Entry Level Industrial Maintenance, you will be part of the production department supporting the packaging and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Packaging Machine Operator- Entry Level Industrial Maintenance

**Location:** Missouri City, TX

**Pay Range:** $22

**Shift:** 5 Days per week, 8.0 Hours per shift

What's the Job?

+ Operate and maintain packaging machinery to ensure smooth production processes

+ Inspect materials and finished goods for quality compliance

+ Maintain sanitation standards throughout the production area

+ Document production activities and equipment performance

+ Enforce safety and food safety rules on the production line

What's Needed?

+ No prior experience required; entry-level position suitable for motivated individuals

+ Ability to follow safety and quality standards diligently

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

+ Willingness to learn and grow within the role
