Aspirus Stevens Point Hospital in Stevens Point, WI is seeking a SUPERVISOR THERAPY SERVICES to join our team!

The Supervisor of Therapy Services provides leadership, direction, and administration to all aspects of Rehab Services for their respective area. This person plans, organizes, directs, and evaluates all daily activities. This person will be recognized as the key operational resource for the designated area of accountability of Aspirus Rehab Services. This person assumes leadership responsibility in the Director’s absence.

HOURS: Full-time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every pay period. Monday – Friday day shift

Experience/Qualifications

+ Knowledge of therapy standards and practices normally acquired through graduation from an accredited program.

+ Must be a Licensed Therapist in WI in either Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy or Speech Therapy

+ Three to five years of clinical experience necessary to enhance and develop skills, with team leading/supervisory experience beneficial.

+ Possesses good communication skills, both verbally and in writing, including ability to coach, enroll, counsel, and mentor.
