•
Position Summary: The Manufacturing Team Member I will be responsible for performing tasks including operating tools and machinery to produce dental consumables, used to restore teeth in a highly regulated environment
•
Under close supervision, follows work instructions to produce dental consumables including setting up equipment, weighing material, loading mixing equipment, monitoring process, and completing all required documentation per quality policies and procedures
•
Perform quality checks throughout the production process to avoid rework and scrapping of product and material
•
Assist with inventory management by immediately replenishing supplies and reporting a shortage of materials
•
Immediately report productivity and quality concerns to the appropriate personnel
•
Maintain a clean and organized work environment and report any issues or concerns related to safety immediately
•
Report damaged material, tooling and/or machinery to the appropriate personnel for prompt repair or replacement
•
Independently complete all required training via computer and attend any required in-person training
•
Adhere to all company policies and procedures including safety and quality
•
Read, comprehend, and comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Manufacturing Instructions (MIs)
•
Participate in continuous improvement activities through the Envista Business System (EBS) including Kaizens, 5S events, Standard Work workshops, Kanban, and Kamishibai
•
Work overtime when needed
•

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs

The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans
•
$13.50 - $20.10 per hour
**Pay Details:** $21.00 to $21.50 per hour
