Manufacturing Technician I
**Location:** Arlington, TX
**Pay:** $18.00
**Schedule:** M-F 5am - 2:30p
Employment Type: Temp-to-hire
Adecco is hiring a **Manufacturing Technician I** for a well-established manufacturing and technology organization in Arlington, TX. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, technically skilled individual who thrives in a fast-paced, lean production environment and enjoys working on multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
+ Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and work instructions
+ Perform final product configuration and verification using computer-based systems
+ Conduct soldering work as part of subassembly operations
+ Utilize digital multimeters and other basic testing equipment
+ Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet established standards
+ Identify and document product defects accurately
+ Maintain inventory within the configuration area
+ Follow all quality, safety, and lean production procedures
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
+ Collaborate effectively within a team environment and proactively support production goals
Required Qualifications
+ Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate software systems
+ Basic understanding of network routers and switches
+ Ability to use a digital multimeter
+ Strong attention to detail and technical problem-solving skills
+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
+ Mechanical or computer assembly experience (2–4 years preferred)
+ High school diploma or GED required
+ Technical or vocational training or certification a plus
+ Must be able to pass applicable skills assessments (including ruler test, if required)
Language & Communication Skills
+ Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
+ Ability to interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
+ Effective communication with team members at all levels
Physical Requirements
+ Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
+ Standing, sitting, walking, bending, and repetitive hand movements required
+ Manual dexterity to assemble parts accurately
+ Ability to work near moving mechanical parts in a warehouse environment
+ Moderate noise level typical of manufacturing and office equipment
Work Environment
+ Indoor manufacturing and warehouse setting
+ Exposure to moving machinery
+ Adherence to established safety and quality standards required

**Pay Details:** $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
