**Pay:** $17.00 – $19.00 per hour (based on experience)

**Shift:** Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1st shift)

Responsibilities for a CNC Machine Operator include but are not limited to:

+ Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce precision parts to strict tolerances.

+ Accurately read and interpret calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools.

+ Review CNC prints and understand dimensions/tolerances down to .000.

+ Complete quality forms and daily inspection reports accurately.

+ Use hand tools and shop equipment such as air guns, wrenches, and drill presses.

+ Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments.

+ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve issues and maintain workflow.

Candidates for CNC Machine Operator must meet the following requirements to be considered:

+ 1–5 years of CNC machining or precision machine operation experience.

+ Ability to read CNC prints and interpret dimensions/tolerances.

+ Proficient in using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers).

+ Basic troubleshooting skills and familiarity with machine controls (start, stop, E-stop).

+ High School Diploma or GED required.

+ Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Additional Requirements

+ Steel toe boots required.

+ Must be able to complete all documentation accurately.

+ No background exception available.

**Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour
