    As the 1115 Waiver Program Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:

    + Provide operational oversight of all 1115 Waiver services, ensuring effective implementation and high-quality service delivery.

    + Supervise staff delivering 1115 Waiver services; provide direction, support, and coaching.

    + Maintain positive relationships with partner agencies, community organizations, and Social Care Network staff.

    + Serve as liaison to other agencies providing 1115 Waiver Services and to the Social Care Network

     

    1115 Waiver Program Supervisor Minimum Salary: $30.21 per hour

     

    1115 Waiver Program Supervisor Maximum Salary: $30.21 per hour

     

    1115 Waiver Program Supervisor Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday 8:30AM to 4PM; Thursday 8:30AM to 6:30PM

    Qualifications:

    + 4 year Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field

    + 1 to 3 year experience in Human Service Industry.
