    Introduction:

    Join our dedicated team as a business analyst, where you will support planning, coordination, and execution of projects across the organization. Working closely with project managers and cross-functional teams, you’ll help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

    Responsibilities:

    Make an impact as a **Business Analyst** by driving projects forward by collaborating with managers and stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and deliver initiatives on time and within budget. Bring your technical expertise in tools like Power BI, Power Automate, Python, R, SQL, and HTML—plus strong leadership skills in Agile, Scrum, and project coordination—to make an immediate impact

    + This position pays between $80,000 and $100,000 annually and is an exempt position. Benefits offered include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually. Full-time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours. May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Bachelor’s degree in business or relatable field

    + 5 years’ experience with Power Apps – PowerBI, Power Automate, Python, SQL and HTML

    + 3-5 years’ experience with data analytics

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Certified Scrum Master

    + Agile Framework

    + Project leadership and coordinating with project stakeholders
