    Description

    Our client, an expanding business in Woodbury, NY, is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for a temp-to-hire opportunity. Join a collaborative finance team in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

    Responsibilities:

    + Review, process, and verify invoices and payment requests

    + Reconcile accounts payable transactions and maintain accurate vendor records

    + Assist with month-end close and audits

    + Resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal teams

    + Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + At least 2 years of accounts payable experience

    + Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
