    Description

    Robert Half is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to assist a client located in the North Shore area of Pittsburgh. The Accounts Payable Clerk will assist with data entry, filing, scanning checks and documents. The Accounts Payable Clerk will assist with both administrative and accounting duties. The Accounts Payable Clerk will use SAP accounting software for entries and inquiries.

    Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk:

    - Assist with coding and matching of invoices

     

    - Process accounts payable functions

     

    - Data entry as needed

     

    - File and scan documents

    Requirements of the Accounts Payable Clerk:

    - 1+ year of experience processing Accounts Payable

     

    - Experience using SAP or other related accounting software

     

    - Data entry experience

     

    - Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment

    Requirements
