Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This role supports accounts payable and management accounting functions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and comfortable working with accounting software and property management systems.

Responsibilities

+ Process invoices, vendor payments, and expense reimbursements using our system, ensuring accuracy and timely payments (approx. 20–24 hrs/week).

+ Assist with monthly bank and account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

+ Support property-related accounting tasks and assist with receivable collection processes.

+ Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies professionally.

+ Assist in preparing financial reports and support month-end and year-end closing processes.

+ Provide administrative support for audits and financial reviews as needed.

Requirements

• Qualifications

+ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

+ 1–2 years of accounting experience (AP experience a plus).

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
