    Roseann Mabry from Robert Half is partnering with a growing organization with locations in Missouri and Illinois to place a Human Resource Manager on a direct hire basis. The full time position is a working Manager with direct reports. The Human Resource Manager will report to Owners of the company. They are wanting the Human Resource Manager to shape the culture and assist with the mission and vision of the organization. This onsite Human Resource Manager role will create trainings, help with employee engagement & performance management, employee relations issues, and oversee payroll and benefits.     Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and mentor HR staff to ensure efficient operations across all HR functions.

    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and support career development.

    • Drive employee engagement initiatives to build a collaborative and motivated work environment.

    • Manage and resolve employee relations matters, fostering strong communication and trust within the organization.

    • Oversee payroll processes and benefits administration to ensure compliance and accuracy.

    • Lead onboarding procedures to welcome new hires and integrate them seamlessly into the company.

    • Utilize HRIS systems to maintain accurate records and streamline HR operations.

    • Shape and promote organizational culture aligned with the company’s mission and vision.

    • Ensure HR practices comply with legal regulations and company policies.

    • Provide guidance to leadership on HR strategies to support business objectives.

     

    Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience in human resources management or related roles.

     

    • Strong expertise in employee relations and HR administration.

    • Proficiency in managing payroll and benefits systems.

    • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and data management.

    • Proven ability to design and deliver impactful training sessions.

    • Effective leadership skills to supervise and develop HR teams.

    • Experience working in multi-site environments and handling diverse teams.
