    Key Responsibilities:

    + Coordinate and dispatch personnel, vehicles, or equipment according to schedules and service requests.

    + Communicate regularly with drivers and clients to provide updates and resolve concerns.

    + Maintain accurate logs and documentation of all dispatch activities.

    + Prioritize incoming requests and respond quickly to urgent situations.

    + Work closely with management to optimize routes and service efficiency.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Previous experience in dispatch, customer service, or a fast-paced office environment preferred.

    + Strong communication and multitasking skills.

    + Comfortable with computer systems and dispatching software.

    + Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.

    + Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
