Description We are looking for an organized and proactive Project Assistant to support outreach efforts for a non-profit organization based in Rochester, New York. This role involves engaging with past program participants, collecting valuable updates, and ensuring accurate data entry to maintain comprehensive records. This is a long-term contract position, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects while honing communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outreach calls to previous program participants to gather updates about their post-program activities and experiences.

• Record and organize collected information accurately into designated data systems.

• Ensure the quality and integrity of entered data by verifying information as needed.

• Maintain a detail-oriented and courteous approach during all interactions with clients.

• Collaborate with team members to share insights and enhance outreach strategies.

• Provide regular updates to supervisors on progress and any challenges encountered.

• Assist with general administrative tasks to support project goals and timelines.

• Follow organizational guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with data privacy standards. Requirements • Strong verbal communication skills and confidence in making outreach calls.

• Proficiency in accurate and efficient data entry.

• Attention to detail to ensure the reliability of recorded information.

• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

• Familiarity with basic computer applications and data management systems.

• Previous experience in customer service, outreach, or similar roles is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration.
