Job Title: Software DeveloperJob Description

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to produce efficient code based on customer requirements. This role involves deploying programs and applications, troubleshooting and debugging software, and maintaining and improving existing software systems. The position also requires observing user feedback to recommend enhancements and developing technical documentation.

Responsibilities

+ Produce efficient code based on customer requirements.

+ Deploy programs and applications.

+ Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve existing software.

+ Observe user feedback to recommend improvements to existing software products.

+ Develop technical documentation.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in C++, Embedded Software, and Software Testing.

+ Experience with Programming, Test Equipment, and Test Engineering.

+ Expertise in .Net C#, SQL Server, and .Net frameworks.

+ Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

+ C#.Net Core at a moderate to expert level.

+ SQL Server at a moderate to expert level.

+ Demonstrated architectural development.

+ Web MVC / Console Application development.

+ Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

+ Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.

+ Ability to learn quickly and work independently or as part of a team.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with DevExpress / DevExtreme.

+ Experience with ADO.

+ Experience with PowerBI.

Work Environment

The position offers an 80% work-from-home arrangement, starting with one day onsite and four days remote in a hybrid model. Travel may be required, but very seldom. The role operates during day shifts. The organization is known for its flexible work schedules and excellent work/life balance. Consultants benefit from long-term, open-ended contracts, with ample full-time opportunities and a stable work environment. The company provides 10 PTO days, 9 paid holidays per year, and compensates any hours worked over 40 at time and a half. Travel arrangements for contractors are also managed by the company.

This is a Contract position based out of Georgetown, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58.00 - $60.00/hr.
