    We are seeking an Industrial, Systems, or Process Engineer to join our team in York, Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will support time studies for multiple combat vehicle programs, leveraging their expertise in manufacturing and engineering processes.

    Responsibilities

    + Conduct time studies and document results for various combat vehicle programs.

    + Communicate effectively to convey findings and insights from time studies.

    + Interface and coordinate with internal customers to ensure alignment on project goals.

    + Work collaboratively across multiple functional groups and program teams.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of one year experience in a manufacturing environment.

    + Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Systems, Mechanical, or Process Engineering.

    + Experience in conducting time studies and documenting results.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Proven teamwork skills.

    + Ability to use Microsoft Office applications.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with evaluating manufacturing processes.

    Work Environment

    The position offers three different shift times: 6am-2:30pm, 10pm-6:30am, and 2pm-10:30pm. Employees may be required to work 5 hours of overtime each week. This role provides great resume experience and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

    This is a Contract position based out of York, PA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
