Description

Responsible for configuring and designing existing and new custom solutions for 3 & and 5-axis routers. Specific Job Duties · Assists and occasionally leads the definition, design, simulation, and testing of mechanical components for 3-axis and 5-axis routers · Conducts research and design for mechanical and electromechanical systems and products while applying principles of mechanics, thermodynamics, hydraulics, heat transfer, and materials · Supports the design and engineering of custom mechanical solutions by applying customer requirements, manufacturability, cost, and company and industry standards · Applies company manufacturing capabilities during the design process for fabrication, building, assembling, and installing 3 & 5-routers · Ensures customer satisfaction by following design implementation to confirm fabrication, assembly, and installation match design intent and quality standards · Provides engineering support to all departments · Maintains product and company reputation by complying with government regulations · Provides continuous support to manufacturing activities with bills of material, mechanical drawings, assembly documentation, and guiding technicians · Practices attention to detail and organization to update and sustain existing designs · Supports continuous improvement efforts throughout company

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $105000.00/hr.
