Job Title: Senior Project EngineerJob Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee major capital programs and infrastructure projects, including renovations. This role requires a strong technical foundation, proven leadership in project management, and deep knowledge of federal regulations. The position will be full-time as needed, offering flexibility while ensuring successful delivery of complex projects.

Responsibilities

+ Lead large-scale capital projects from initiation through completion.

+ Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

+ Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and federal agencies.

+ Ensure compliance with federal regulations, policies, and procedures.

+ Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.

+ Provide regular progress and financial updates to Senior leadership.

+ Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment across all parties involved.

Essential Skills

+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a technical field, preferably engineering.

+ PMP (Project Management Professional) certification, Professional Engineering (PE) license, or equivalent credential.

+ At least 15 years of progressive experience managing capital programs and major projects.

+ Experience with federal regulations governing infrastructure projects.

+ Top Secret Clearance REQUIRED.

+ Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

+ Familiarity with government contracting and compliance frameworks.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arlington, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $100.00/hr.
