    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee major capital programs and infrastructure projects, including renovations. This role requires a strong technical foundation, proven leadership in project management, and deep knowledge of federal regulations. The position will be full-time as needed, offering flexibility while ensuring successful delivery of complex projects.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead large-scale capital projects from initiation through completion.

    + Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.

    + Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and federal agencies while maintaining strict compliance with federal regulations, policies, and procedures.

    + Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and provide regular progress and financial updates to Senior leadership.

    + Ensure alignment across all parties involved through strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a technical field, preferably engineering.

    + PMP (Project Management Professional) certification, Professional Engineering (PE) license, or equivalent credential.

    + At least 15 years of progressive experience managing capital programs and major projects, including renovations.

    + Experience with federal regulations governing infrastructure projects.

    + Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Prior involvement in FBI projects is highly preferred.

    + Familiarity with government contracting and compliance frameworks is a plus.

    + Top Secret Clearance REQUIRED.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arlington, VA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $100.00/hr.
