Job Title: Fulfillment Specialist in** **Mechanicsville, VA, paying $15 per hour
Job Description
The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for executing tasks related to processing and shipping orders at a Centralized Services Pharmacy Fulfillment Center. This role involves ensuring efficient order handling and maintaining inventory accuracy.
Responsibilities
+ Receive, scan, pick, pack, audit, and ship prescriptions to customers.
+ Track all inbound and outbound items using radio frequency (RF) scanning to ensure inventory accountability.
+ Verify orders and ensure accurate entry into the inventory management system.
+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment, keeping all areas of the Fulfillment Center orderly and free of debris.
+ Adhere to quality standards as set by management.
Essential Skills
+ Willingness to work a flexible shift.
+ Ability to stand for at least 8 hours, with or without reasonable accommodation.
+ Capability to perform tasks such as pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
+ Ability to carry up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High School Diploma/GED and at least 2 years of experience in a retail, centralized services, or fulfillment center environment.
+ At least 6 months experience operating motorized material handling equipment.
+ At least 6 months experience with radio frequency (RF) scanning.
+ At least 6 months experience entering and retrieving data in an inventory management system.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
