Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic** **Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to lead machine operations and ensure optimal performance through preventative maintenance and equipment management. This role involves running a team, handling production goals, and managing various operational processes.

Responsibilities

+ Lead a team in machine operations and maintenance tasks.

+ Conduct preventative maintenance and equipment inspections.

+ Operate and maintain machines, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

+ Handle production goals and manage changeovers efficiently.

+ Perform troubleshooting and resolve equipment-related issues.

+ Implement disciplinary actions when necessary.

Essential Skills

+ Troubleshooting skills.

+ Experience in equipment maintenance.

+ Proficiency in machine operation.

+ Knowledge of production processes.

+ Preventive maintenance expertise.

+ Understanding of hydraulics.

+ Ability to conduct quality and safety inspections.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience as a Machine Operator.

+ Leadership abilities.

+ Familiarity with changeover processes.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Villa Rica, GA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
