    Job Title: Production Worker

    Job Description

    Join our team as a Production Worker, where you will be instrumental in assembling and packaging food products on an assembly line. Your role will require precision and a keen eye for detail.

    Responsibilities

    + Work on a production line to assemble and package food products.

    + Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

    + Ensure quality control through detailed inspection of products.

    + Operate machinery as required.

    + Occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.

    Essential Skills

    + Hand dexterity and attention to detail.

    + Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    + General labor, production, food production, machine operation, inspection skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment (45 degrees).

    + Adherence to dress code including closed-toed shoes.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is clean and organized, requiring lab coats, hair nets, beard nets, and gloves. The production floor is refrigerated, so appropriate attire such as hoodies and pants is recommended. Please note that fake nails, piercings, and jewelry are not permitted.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Belleville, IL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
