Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a General Production Worker, where you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process by operating and maintaining robotic welding equipment. Your keen eye for detail and technical skills will ensure high-quality production standards.

Responsibilities

+ Feed material into a robotic welder to ensure smooth production operations.

+ Inspect parts thoroughly to maintain quality and identify any defects.

+ Identify and troubleshoot faults with the robotic welder to prevent production delays.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in production or general labor in a manufacturing environment.

+ Ability to operate and inspect machinery effectively.

+ Prior manufacturing experience is required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.

+ Familiarity with operating a robotic welder is advantageous.

+ Forklift operation experience is beneficial.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dickson, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
