Hiring Warehouse Associates

We’re looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Omaha, NE. This role plays a key part in ensuring customers receive accurate, well‑packed, and high‑quality products. **Location:** Omaha, NE

**Shift:** 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

**Pay:** $17/hr

Responsibilities

+ Place product into coolers and affix correct labels to ensure accurate and properly packed orders

+ Follow all company safety policies at all times

+ Visually inspect product, coolers, packaging, and dry ice for cleanliness or defects

+ Use proper procedures to reduce or prevent product damage

+ Lift dry ice from bins to scales and verify weights

+ Place dry ice from conveyor into appropriately sized coolers

+ Reject defective dry ice based on weight, specifications, and packaging standards

+ Identify different shipping modes and apply correct shipper labels

+ Perform quality control checks to ensure orders are correct and professionally presented

+ Correct packing errors by obtaining the proper product or premium and documenting the issue is

Skills

+ Must be at least 18 years old

+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred

+ Ability to read, write, and perform basic math

+ Able to understand and follow instructions accurately

Work Environment

+ Large warehouse setting with conveyor belts and fast‑moving product

+ Normal warehouse temperature (not a freezer environment)

+ Active, hands‑on role requiring consistent movement and lifting

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Omaha, NE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
