Job Description
We are seeking dedicated individuals to fill two operator positions available for the Afternoon and Night Shifts. The Afternoon Shift runs from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, and the Night Shift runs from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am, Monday through Saturday. Overtime is required a few days a week, and currently, Saturday work is mandatory for a few hours.
Responsibilities
+ Handle materials by moving and packaging them.
+ Take products off the machine to prepare for packaging.
+ Prepare equipment and materials for production.
+ Operate equipment according to the OP Manual, input materials, monitor defects/loss, and conduct continuous self-inspection of products.
+ Maintain accurate records of production work in the Global Manufacturing Execution System (GMES).
+ Track all non-conformities and scrap materials.
Essential Skills
+ At least 6 months of manufacturing experience.
+ Minimum 9 months tenure at each previous job.
+ Ability to work with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and in a clean room environment.
+ Not unemployed for more than 30 days.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Familiarity with the 5S3K system is advantageous.

Work Environment
The work environment is in a large, meticulously clean, and temperature-controlled facility. Operators will need to walk extensively across buildings and within the plant. This department is a clean room, requiring garb and, if applicable, a beard net. The environment is brightly lit, emphasizing cleanliness and organization through the 5S3K system.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
