    Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to set up and manage CNC machines, ensuring all operations comply with company guidelines. You will work with engineering drawings and translate them into production dimensions, overseeing machine tasks to enhance results and maintain functionality.

    Responsibilities

    + Set up and manage CNC machines.

    + Translate engineering drawings and requirements into production dimensions.

    + Ensure the CNC machine operates according to company guidelines.

    + Monitor machines during task execution and make necessary adjustments.

    + Perform daily checks to guarantee machine functionality.

    + Maintain production and quality logs by recording all machine actions.

    + Provide timelines to clients and communicate any logistics issues.

    + Ensure machining results align with client expectations.

    + Conduct regular assessments of CNC machines.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in machine operation.

    + Production experience.

    + Ability to work effectively as a team player.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Background in metals is advantageous.

    + Experience in operating and setting up CNC machines.

    + Proficiency in machine setup and blueprint reading.

    + Bilingual skills are an added advantage.

    This is a Contract position based out of Grayslake, IL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job

    classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
