    Job Title: Operator

    Job Description

    We are seeking multiple Operators to join our expanding team. Candidates with a background in manufacturing or trades are encouraged to apply, as experience with measuring tools and decimals is highly beneficial.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate machinery and equipment in a manufacturing setting.

    + Perform assembly tasks according to blueprints and schematics.

    + Conduct inspections using calipers and micrometers and other tools.

    + Assist with maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.

    + Contribute to the production process in a cleanroom environment.

    + Handle medical devices and ensure quality standards are met.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in machine operation and assembly.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

    + Experience with hand and power tools.

    + Experience with precision measurement tools.

    + Experience with maintenance, electrical, and mechanical tasks.

    + Strong troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing setting.

    + Familiarity with medical assembly and cleanroom protocols.

    + Strong mathematics skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with calipers and micrometers.

    + Proficient use of measuring tools.

    + Understanding of decimals in measurement.

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bethel, CT.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
