About the Role

Join our growing team as a **Laminating Machine Operator** ! In this role, you’ll set up, operate, and maintain lamination machines while working with materials like paper, card stock, and cardboard. You’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth production flow from packaging to shipping, all while maintaining top-notch quality and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

+ Operate and manage various lamination machines.

+ Set up and tear down jobs quickly to meet production deadlines.

+ Load and handle materials (paper, card stock, cardboard).

+ Ensure seamless product flow from packaging to shipping.

+ Maintain a clean, organized workspace and suggest process improvements.

What We’re Looking For

+ Experience operating machines (lamination experience preferred).

+ Strong organizational and leadership skills.

+ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

+ Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

+ Desire to grow within a collaborative team environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chaska, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
