Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities
+ Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical components and systems, including **motors, control panels, and PLCs.**
+ Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical diagrams.
+ Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
+ Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment such as **conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and hydraulic systems.**
+ Diagnose mechanical failures and implement effective solutions.
Essential Skills
+ 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
+ Proficient in repairing pumps, motors, gearboxes, and electrical troubleshooting.
+ Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems including 3 phase and PLCs.
+ Experience with preventive maintenance and maintenance repair.
+ Strong understanding of **mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.**
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ TIG Welding is a big plus.
+ Ability to read and interpret schematics.
+ Experience with HVAC, industrial motors, and electrical maintenance.
+ Willingness to travel to Chicago for training.
+ Capacity to train other technicians on new equipment.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Indianapolis, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $83200.00/yr.
Clean working environment with new automation being installed, Beard, hair nets, eye protection, and steel toes required.
Must provide your own tools, they are updating there benefits to add in tool and boot vouchers
