    Job Description

    We are looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team for the 2nd shift, running from Monday to Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, with the option for availability from Monday to Thursday. The role involves setting up and operating CNC milling machines with capabilities ranging from 3-axis to 5-axis. You will be responsible for interpreting technical blueprints, CAD/CAM files, and job sheets, as well as performing in-process inspections and maintaining tight tolerances.

    Responsibilities

    + Set up and operate CNC milling machines (3-axis, 4-axis, or 5-axis).

    + Interpret technical blueprints, CAD/CAM files, and job sheets.

    + Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.

    + Make offset adjustments and minor program edits as needed.

    + Maintain tight tolerances, typically within +/- 0.0002 inches.

    + Document setup notes and maintain tooling inventory.

    + Follow safety protocols and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency with CNC mills and lathes (e.g., Hurco, Robodrill, Haas Automation).

    + Experience with controllers such as Fanuc, Siemens, Okuma, or Hurco.

    + Ability to read and interpret GD&T and technical drawings.

    + Experience with precision measuring tools.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.

    + OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Willow Grove, PA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
