Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs. You will handle both preventative and reactive maintenance on machinery, ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities
+ Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
+ Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance on machinery.
+ Repair gearboxes, conveyors, mixers, chillers, proofers, ovens, and baggers.
+ Work with electrical systems up to 480V.
+ Rewire and swap out motors.
+ Assist machine operators with setting up and changing over machinery.
+ Perform welding and fabricating tasks.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Essential Skills
+ 3+ years of experience as a maintenance technician.
+ Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
+ Proficiency in working with electrical systems up to 480V.
+ Ability to conduct preventive maintenance.
+ Skills in reading and interpreting blueprints.
+ Strong troubleshooting abilities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Baker experience.
+ Experience in the food industry.
+ PLC troubleshooting skills.

Work Environment
You will be working on a clean, GMP-compliant manufacturing floor alongside other technicians, machine operators, and laborers. The environment is fast-paced and busy, offering diverse challenges and opportunities for collaboration. The role is primarily on the 1st shift, from 7 am to 3:30 pm, with the potential for up to 55 hours a week, including Saturdays.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $65520.00/yr.
