We are a well-established residential construction company specializing in the installation of **windows and doors** . We’re seeking a skilled **Finish Carpenter** who can take ownership of projects, work independently, and deliver exceptional craftsmanship. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and is ready to step into leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

+ **Install windows and doors** with precision and efficiency

+ **Frame walls** using stick framing techniques

+ **Install custom millwork, cabinetry, baseboards, and casing**

+ **Read and interpret blueprints** to measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately

+ **Lead projects independently** while maintaining safety and quality standards

Qualifications

+ **2–4 years of experience** as a finish carpenter

+ **At least 2 years of experience** installing windows and doors

+ Ability to **read and understand blueprints**

+ Proficiency with **hand and power tools**

+ Physically able to **lift up to 75 lbs**

+ **Leadership experience** preferred (Foreman or Lead Carpenter experience is a plus)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
